Viridian Energy and Environmental, LLC is a dynamic firm engaged in consulting for energy efficiency and environmentally-responsible design and construction. The firm was founded in 2006 by the 20 professionals and staff that previously made up the Energy/Green/Commissioning Group of Steven Winter Associates, Inc. Viridian acquired the group’s projects, and the employees of the group joined the newly formed company as well. The firm is lead by Adrian Tuluca, RA, Principal-in-Charge, and Dave Lahiri, PE, Carl Ian Graham, PE, John Amatruda, RA, who are Associate Principals.

Viridian’s architects, engineers, and building scientists have provided LEED-related services for over 75 projects, with ratings ranging from LEED Certified to Platinum and from 10,000 to 5 million sqft. Our involvement includes:
