Viridian Energy & Environmental is a growing (currently 53
person) company engaged in sustainability services for the building
industry. The professionals of Viridian are architects, interior
designers, mechanical and civil engineers, and urban planners.
Join
a top team. Our projects include a whole range - from offices to
hotels, from aquariums to airports. Many are signature buildings. Some
are expensive and state-of-the art in technology, while some are on a
tight budget. Many of the projects are in the Northeast, some are on
the west coast, some further west (China and Korea). We do all types -
small, 10,000 sqft or so, and very large - over 2 million sqft.
You will perform energy modeling, and if interested you will also have connection to commissioning.
At this time we need the following qualifications:
Experience with energy modeling for two years minimum (DOE-2, EQuest or similar)
Attention
to detail and a keen interest in the field is needed. During the first
6 months you will need to do some studying, since many of our projects
are not routine.
