Green Sustainability Consultants
 
Qualifications:
We seek talented architects, interior designers and engineers with 2-10 years experience to join us in assisting designers, developers and Government agencies in creating environmental sustainable buildings, campuses and cities.  The work consists of assessments and research on site issues, water use efficiency, materials and environmental quality, usually in the context of the LEED System.  While the position entails interaction with designers, it is not a design position.
 
Successful candidates will have, first and foremost, a strong desire to learn, coupled with an ability to work with limited supervision.  A background in Green/LEED is a plus but not a requirement.  We will train.  Very good communication skills are essential.  For more experienced candidates, a good understanding of construction documents and construction techniques is also necessary to properly undertake the projects.

Commissioning Engineers
 
Qualifications:
We are seeking qualified candidates to assist senior engineers in reviewing design documents and developing performance test procedures.  In addition, the Commissioning (Cx) Engineers will participate in field verification and testing of mechanical systems operations.  These candidates will also write reports and coordinate other commissioning efforts and programs.  BA/BS in engineering, 1-3 years of experience

Energy Modeling Engineer
 
Job Duties:
Under direct supervision of licensed engineers, using DOE-2.1E modeling software, perform computer modeling for energy performance of existing & proposed buildings; perform 2- & 3-dimensional heat-flow analysis of building envelopes; review, analyze, & provide technical advice on sustainable & LEED designs, with focus on building envelopes & mechanical systems; prepare progress reports; confer with clients; perform in-house research projects
 
Education Required:
Masters (or U.S. equiv) in Engineering
 
Experience Required:
12 months (related experience is not acceptable)
