The McCormack office tower is an Art Deco-era landmark, renovated to house the EPA regional headquarters. Viridian professionals worked closely with Goody Clancy Architects and MEP engineers Cosentini Associates to create a model of historically sensitive and environmentally sustainable rehabilitation. The work was started ebfore 2006, when Viridian professionals were part of a different company.
