The building includes laboratories, offices, conference rooms and lecture hall space. Viridian professionals performed energy and sustainability analyses in support of Richard Meier & Partners, Architects and BR+A for MEP. NYSERDA co-funded the energy/green work. The project was started when Viridian professionals were part of another company.
