The convention center will be renovated to bring new functionality to much of its interior spaces, and to update its facades. The mechanical systems will also be improved. Viridian is assisting the design team of FX Fowle Epstein (Javits II Architecture, LLC) as well as the MEP engineers WSP Flack + Kurtz, in incorporating energy efficiency and green features. The project will comply with the Executive Order 111.
