Viridian, Stonehill & Taylor Architects, PC and CED Engineering (MEP) are collaborating on the environmental features of this outstanding renovation.

The hotel rooms feature advanced lighting controls. Heating and cooling is provided by highly-efficient water-source heat pumps, coupled to condensing boilers. Green planting abounds, irrigated by rain water.

Viridian's work is cofunded by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
