This boutique hotel will be one of the first in New York City to attain LEED certification. It incorporates a variety of green elements, including a vegetated green roof, water-conserving fixtures and environmentally friendly building materials.

Viridian is performing energy analyses and "green" consulting services in support of the design team of Stonehill & Taylor Architects and MEP firm WSP Flack + Kurtz. The project was started when Viridian professionals were part of another company. New York State Energy Research & Development Authority co-funds Viridian's work.
