The four-star hotel features 611 guestrooms, a bar and restaurant, retail and meeting spaces, and a fitness center.

Viridian collaborates with the owner and design team (Gensler, Beers Interiors, and Cosentini Associates MEP) to implement a broad range of sustainability features and to achieve at least 15% reduction in energy costs.

The project was started when Viridian professionals were part of another company. New York State Energy Research & Development Authority co-funds Viridian's work.
