The building will include approximately 1,500 hotel rooms/condominiums, pool and spa areas, restaurants, a conference center, and offices.

Viridian is providing green/LEED consulting for the project, with emphasis on water conservation, reduction of heat island effect, recycled materials, waste management and indoor environmental quality.

The project was started when Viridian professionals were part of another company. The design team includes Gensler as Executive Architect, Rafael Vinoly Architects as designers of the Core & Shell, Leo A. Daly as AOR, Cosentini Associates for MEP, and BBG/BBGM for Interiors.
