Viridian professionals analyzed the energy use of the Bronx Library Center, and also performed daylighting analyses (RADIANCE) of the east-facing, fully-glazed facade. Viridian professionals also provided commissioning services for the HVAC systems and oversaw commissioning for the electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The project was started before 2006, when Viridian professionals were part of another company, and was designed by Dattner Architects and Robert Derector Associates (MEP). NYSERDA co-funded the work under the FlexTech program.
