Viridian professionals provided energy and LEED environmental consulting services to BKSK Architects, LLP and P. Andrews Collins, P.E. MEP. The building has many unusual features, including a broad vegetated roof, water-saving features, geothermal heat pump system and advanced lighting controls. The work was started while Viridian professionals were part of another company, and was co-funded by the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority.
