This new building includes offices, a training center and an auditorium. Viridian professionals analyzed energy, LEED and NYS Green Building Tax Credit issues. Though the team elected not to pursue the tax credits, the project's LEED goal was expanded from Certified to Gold. The work was started while Viridian professionals were part of another company, and was co-funded by the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority. The team was led by Tishman Speyer, with Kohn Pederson Fox (Core & Shell), TPG Architecture (Tenant Fitout) and Cosentini Associates for MEP.
