The McCormack office tower is an Art Deco-era landmark, renovated to house the EPA regional headquarters. Viridian professionals are working closely with Goody Clancy Architects and MEP engineers Cosentini Associates to create a model of historically sensitive and environmentally sustainable rehabilitation. The work was started when Viridian professionals were part of a different company.
