Located in the West Village, this building will be one of the premier high-end residential projects in New York City. The design includes energy efficiency measures such as low-e, spectrally-selective glazing, condensing boilers and modular chiller with high part-load performance.

Viridian professionals started performing energy and green/LEED analyses while they were the Energy/Green/Commissioning group of another company. This group formed Viridian's nucleus in 2006. The design team included Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Ishmael Leyva Architects, MG Engineering. The work is co-funded by the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority.
