Viridian professionals have been performing energy efficiency and green consulting in support of the design of the permanent PATH Terminal at the World Trade Center site in Manhattan. The new terminal will be a hub for trains to New Jersey and subways in Manhattan, and will provide pedestrians connections to buildings and to a ferry.

The terminal is designed by Santiago Calatrava, with Downtown Design Partnership (DDP) as AOR and MEP engineer (with JB&B collaboration in earlier MEP phases), and with the Port Authority also contributing to the design documents. The project was started when Viridian professionals were part of another company. This group formed Viridian's nucleus in 2006.
