The professionals of Viridian as part of the EGC Group provided comprehensive Sustainable Design consulting services for both Energy Efficiency Measures and environmentally responsible architectural measures. Their role followed the project from Conceptual Design Phases through construction, including commissioning of MEP systems. Energy Efficiency Measures employed on the project use 24 percent lower energy than ASHRAE-required, per DOE-2 simulations.
The professionals of Viridian worked on this project while part of another company. In 2006 the projects and promo of this group had been transferred to Viridian, and the employees of this group have joined Viridian as well.
