Columbia University- Knox Hall, designed by Helpern Architects, is a facility that includes classrooms, faculty offices, graduate student lounges and open offices.

The professionals of Viridian are providing comprehensive Sustainable Design consulting services for both energy efficiency measures and environmentally responsible architectural measures.ÊTheir role has followed the project from conceptual design phases through construction, including commissioning of MEP systems.Ê Energy efficiency measures employed on the project which uses 23.1 percent lower energy than ASHRAE-required, per DOE-2 simulations.

The professionals of Viridian began work on this project while part of another company. In 2006 the projects and promo of this group had been transferred to Viridian, and the employees of this group have joined Viridian as well.
