This multi-use building, designed by Weiss/Manfredi Architects and by JBB as MEP, will create connections across the campus throughout its various programs, including offices, a cafeteria, events and meeting rooms, and computer facilities. In addition, a series of grass terraces and an accessible roof will visually connect the lawn to the upper floors of the building.

The project started while Viridian professionals were the Energy/Green/Commissioning group of another company. This group formed Viridian’s nucleus in 2006. New York State Energy Research & Development Authority co-funds Viridian’s work on energy efficiency, LEED and commissioning.
